Communication Management Centre
- management of local roads based on a mandate contract (special-purpose communication not part of this management) and based on a contract for work of class II and III roads (outside property management)
- organisation of regular inspection of roads and bridges, collection of current information about the technical condition
- participation in draft repair and maintenance work plans, including draft technical solution
- evaluation of design documentation of road structures in technical terms in all stage of design documentation, including response on the grounds of not taking the opinions of Brněnské komunikace a.s. in administrative management
- evaluation of design documentation at all levels on the grounds of intervention in roads during reconstruction and repair of utilities, service lines, drive-ins, evaluation of construction links
- general opinions of the company, opinion concerning a decision on specific road usage, including conclusion of agreement on the deposit of security
- handover of a building site, inspection during realisation, acceptance of renewed road spaces and new road structures
- settlement of agenda of damage to road property (insured events)
- management of extracted material
- management of the underpass below the main railway station
- handling vehicles showing signs of wreckage
- measurement and evaluation of noise on local roads
- removal of objects from local roads including advertising installed without permission
Passport Centre
- management of road passport
- provision of analyses and other output from the GIS, company GIS installation and service for external users
- cooperation in creating the City Information System
- geodetic work, location of structures, engineering geodesy, bearings of the actual construction of structures, geodetic monitoring of structures
- drawing up geometric plans
Telematic Systems Management Center
- control of technology and traffic of tunnels in the city of Brno
- continuous monitoring of safety and continuity of traffic using the camera system
- continuous dispatching service of the central technical dispatching centre
- surveillance, management and maintenance of traffic light equipment
- management of parking systems: parking ticket payment machines, car parks with barrier systems, P+R car parks, parking houses PINKI PARK in Kopečná Street and DOMINI PARK (entry and exit in Husova Street)
- cooperation with Brno City Police when checking payment discipline at car parks equipped with parking ticket payment machines
- management and maintenance of automatic restraint systems
- management of the Brno Traffic Information Centre
- mutual cooperation with units of the Police of the Czech Republic and City Police during routine traffic control and dealing with current traffic problems on the territory of the city of Brno during normal traffic and securing challenging traffic emergencies
- cooperation with the Brno public transport company, Transport Division of the Brno City Municipality and other entities involved in the organisation and control of dynamic and stationary traffic in Brno
- cooperation with the servicing of Masná traffic lights in identifying failures of connected traffic lights based on information from control centres
